I am the Founder and Programme Manager of the Wellbeing Project CIC.
I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2002 in Biochemistry and since then I have worked in various roles in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
I have a particular interest in public health initiatives and tackling inequality, having previously worked as a Public Health Improvement Specialist leading on Mental Health & Suicide Prevention.
I have written publications on social prescribing; using innovative technologies to deliver public health initiatives, and the development and implementation of public mental health strategy.
I have also worked as a Senior Project Manager for the NHS - leading on Clinical Quality Improvement. I was responsible for overseeing the quality of provision for six acute healthcare trusts operating across Merseyside.
My main interests are in quality and innovation, as well as developing novel approaches to evaluate the impact of health and social care initiatives.
