Wellbeing Project runs a unique business resilience programme in partnership with the School for Social Entrepreneurs.

This unique training programme aptly named ‘Wellbeing is everybody’s business’ is being delivered to business entrepreneurs across Merseyside and aims to skill up potential employers to create healthy working environments.

The training programme covers topics such as identifying the factors that contribute to stress in the workplace, how to create healthy working practices and how to support staff mental wellbeing.

“This innovative programme provides a unique opportunity to educate potential employers about the importance of workplace health right from the beginning of their business creation” explains Paula Gamester, Co-Director of the Wellbeing Project.

Sylvia Pearson, Senior Manager with the School for Social Entrepreneurs explains how the course will provide entrepreneurs with “a unique insight into the importance of workplace health and how investing in this can provide a competitive advantage that can pay dividends during difficult economic times like these”.

The programme commences on 19th February and will run from Blackburne House in Liverpool.
