To be in with a chance of winning tickets for you and a friend to go and watch Paolo Nutini all you have to do is:
Tell us in no more than 350 words your personal recipe for wellbeing.
You may decide to set this out like a cookery recipe, and list the 'ingredients' that help you to stay healthy and happy.
You might include:
- family members;
- mates;
- a favourite rock band;
- your fave food;
- a specific day of the week;
all we ask is that it is your unique recipe, and that it is no longer than 350 words.
Forward your recipe, along with the following information:
- Your full name
- date of birth
- full address
- contact telephone no
You can enter online by emailing your recipe to mswift@wellbeingproject.co.uk
in the email 'subject' box, type 'recipe competition'

The closing date for entries is Wednesday 11th April, 20:00hrs
Winners will be announced on Friday 13th April, 10:00hrs on our website, and the winning entries posted online.
Runners up will each win music vouchers to the sum of £20 for 2nd and £10 for 3rd prize respectively

If winner is under 16 then they must be accompanied by an adult to the gig on 17th April 07
