There were 6 sessions delivered across Runcorn, Widnes and St Helens in November, working in conjunction with NHS Halton and St Helens.

The purpose of the events:
Improve people's emotional literacy - using humour and laugher as a tool
Raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems such as depression and anxiety
Educate the general public about the things we can ALL do to improve our mental wellbeing

The 2 hour sessions attracted people from all walks of life to come along and get involved in some interactive workshops and fun activities.
