Making time. Keep a diary to identify time when you can take a break, commit this time to you to do the things you enjoy.

Social networks help us to stay healthy and happy by enabling us to form friendships with people who are around to share in good times, as well as provide emotional and practical support in times of need.

Having Fun
Laughter really is the best medicine. Spend more time doing the things that make you chuckle, it’s good for you!
Happy people live longer and healthier lives. Laughter helps us to escape from the mundane and ordinary; when we laugh we are truly alive!
What makes you smile? Your friends, your partner, your family, your children, your job, your pet, your home, your favourite tv show, your favourite food?
Trying new things? Life is made up of a series of new and familiar experiences. We should all look to incorporate more time in our lives to trying new things. Maintain your zest for life and satisfy your innate desire for adventure!
The sense of achievement that comes from mastering a new skill or experiencing something for the first time is reward in itself.
