Funded by the Big Lottery 'Awards for All' programme.

A FREE 6 week programme to help improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Delivered by accredited practitioners.

Sat 22nd October

11.00am - 12.30pm.

The course will run on the same day and time for 6 consecutive weeks.
