What's your Recipe for Wellbeing?
The Wellbeing Project is launching a unique social marketing campaign at its forthcoming Wellbeing Conference - 8th October 2009 in St Helens.
The Wellbeing Project is inviting delegates at it's forthcoming 'Prescribing for Health' Conference to be the very first people to record their 'recipe's for wellbeing'.
We've set up a film booth (similar to one on a very popular TV talent competition!) at the conference venue to record short film clips of delegates completing the following sentence:
My recipe for wellbeing is...
Delegate responses can be anything at all (the more creative the better! - So long as it wont offend!) that they consider to be important for their own wellbeing. We would like willing participants to give at least 3 examples and to say why they are important to them.
The film clips will feature on the Wellbeing Project website as well as on You Tube and other popular video sharing platforms.
"The film clips will form part of a social marketing campaign that aims to raise people’s awareness about mental health and wellbeing issues" explains Mrs Paula Gamester, Co-Director of the Wellbeing Project Community Interest Company based in St Helens.
Over the next 12 months the Wellbeing Project are setting out to record as many people's 'recipes for wellbeing' as possible. The photo booth will be travelling all over the North West to canvass people's opinions from a diverse range of communities.
