3rd Annual Wellbeing Conference - Social Prescribing: Creative Solutions and Increasing Access... Dates to be Announced

The Wellbeing Project will shortly be announcing the date for its forthcoming Annual Conference which this year will focus on Social Prescribing.

Social Prescribing links patients in primary care with non medical sources of support within the community.

This conference aims to provide health and social care professionals with an in-depth analysis of the emerging evidence base in support of Social Prescribing.

Delegates will have an opportunity to listen to international experts present the evidence base as well as practical examples of successful Social Prescribing schemes.

This conference will explore the potential role and function for Social Prescribing in an Integrated Step Care Model and examines the potential impact on the Increasing Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) and Social Inclusion agendas.

Moreover, The Wellbeing Project will be showcasing the findings of a series of recent pilot Social Prescribing schemes.
