Book your free place on the ‘Stay Safe’ Training Programme
Dates have now been finalised for the ‘Stay Safe’ Programme.
'Stay Safe' is a five-day training course designed to raise awareness of the practical steps people can take to stay safe in difficult situations.
This training opportunity is available free of charge to people living in St Helens.
The course includes topics on personal safety, understanding domestic violence, managing aggression as well as ‘hands on’ practical sessions that teach self-defense and first aid techniques.
